I have been using this headband myself on and off for the past 2-3 years and it has really helped fuel my motivation for meditation practice. The feedback it provides about my EEG signal via audio helps to train a calm mind. Recently Muse have added feedback from the gyroscope and heart rate monitor also to hone the skills of stillness and modulating HR.
