Taylor, our virtual assistant, started off as a medical receptionist at the young age of 16. Since then she has worked for many different practices in the medical industry and found a passion for creating friendly and welcoming experiences. Though you may not see her in the office, you can be assured she is smiling through every phone conversation and email she sends out!
Taylor doesn’t truely stop working, when she is not at her computer, she is a kitchen hand, cleaner, and gardener at her family’s tourist attraction and homestay. Though it is a lot of work to stay on top of the weeds and hungry customers, she is able to live out a childhood dream of running a tourist attraction (which, turns out, is much harder then it looks).
