Yolandi Mallard

“I am deeply passionate about empowering parents and individuals to navigate life’s challenges, With a strong focus on perinatal mental health, neurodiverse parenting, and inclusive, person-centred care.”

My approach is warm, empathetic, and empowering, creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, validated, and hopeful.

With a background in developmental psychology, parenting coaching, and psychometric assessment, I collaborate with clients to develop tailored, evidence-based strategies that align with their unique needs and goals. Drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, positive psychology, and psychometric tools, I emphasise resilience, self-compassion, and practical solutions to foster growth and fulfilment. I also offer a specialised Neurodiverse Parenting Preparation Course, designed to equip neurodiverse parents with the knowledge and strategies to confidently prepare for and navigate parenthood. My practice is neuro-affirming and culturally responsive, ensuring that every client’s experiences and identities are respected and valued.

Whether supporting parents through coaching and assessment or guiding individuals seeking general therapeutic support, I am dedicated to helping clients thrive at every stage of life, fostering strengths, hope, and meaningful progress.
